  • Exteriors Q1 2020 supplier cost increase recovery plan led to £1.5m annualised benefit – Q2 pricing programme delivered £100k benefit in May.
  • Distribution margin improvement plan through price delivered additional £550k in Q1 2021
  • E2E margin management, working collaboratively with the Sales and Branch networks to improve traded margin.
  • Working with 3rd party competitor price intelligence providers.
  • Developed the online pricing strategy for Roofstores and Insulation Express as the business grows it’s E-commerce sales & margin.
